Request a Team Quote

Start with the pieces your team needs.
Enquire about custom team jerseys or cricket teamwear kits. A kit should be defined by an agreed list of garments, not a photograph or an assumed bundle. Specify the pieces you need, their quantities and whether they are for match play, training or another team use.
KhelForge also manufactures football kits, sports uniforms and other team sportswear. The cricket page focuses on cricket apparel; other requirements can be selected in the quote composer.
- Jersey-only requirement: state the quantity and preferred look.
- Kit requirement: list each requested garment piece separately.
- Do not assume that bats, balls, protective gear or accessories are included.
- Confirm garment construction, material, cut and included pieces in the written quotation.
Bring your team’s point of view.
Start with your team colours, an explanation of the intended look and any reference you have permission to use. If names, numbers, a crest or sponsor marks are requested, describe the placement and check the exact spelling.
Those requests are not automatic inclusions. Confirm supported decoration methods, artwork file requirements, colour expectations, design revisions and any additional charges with KhelForge. The illustration is a design brief example, not an approved design or a manufacturing specification.
- Confirm your right to use every logo, image and sponsor mark.
- Ask for the final agreed artwork to be identifiable by version.
- Nominate one person to approve spelling, placement and design.

Fabric is more than a name.
A fibre name such as polyester does not fully describe how a finished garment behaves. Structure, finishes, fit and care all matter. Cotton generally absorbs moisture; synthetic fabrics are often engineered for moisture movement and drying, but that does not establish a performance claim for an unspecified jersey.
Use the guide’s general comparison to understand the terms. Your actual quotation should name the selected material, any stated composition or weight, supported decoration and care instructions. Do not treat educational examples as a stock list.

Quantity. Fit. Destination.
Share your requested quantity and confirm the applicable minimum-order requirement before approving an order. A fixed minimum has not been published; an enquiry quantity is not a promise of acceptance.
State the total quantity and whether the size list is ready. Do not use a size label from a different brand as a substitute for the agreed garment chart. Confirm any mix of cuts or garment pieces rather than assuming they are priced identically.
A useful quotation identifies the garment specification, quantity, customisation, price, applicable taxes and shipping charges. This website does not calculate a price or take payment. Tell us your delivery city, state, PIN and requested date. Production, dispatch and transit are separate stages; the applicable timing and shipment arrangements must be confirmed before order approval.
Know what is—and isn’t—in the order.
One agreed specification.
Identify all garment pieces, material, design version and size quantities. Concept drawings are not specification sheets. Ask how any proposed change would be documented.
Separate the milestones.
Production, dispatch and delivery are different commitments. A tournament date is a request until the applicable schedule and shipping arrangements are confirmed.
Clarity before payment.
Confirm payment conditions, changes, cancellation, complaints and remedies. A WhatsApp enquiry does not create an accepted order or guarantee availability.
