This policy covers the KhelForge website and its optional quote-message composer. The owner-supplied manufacturing location is Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Privacy questions may be raised through WhatsApp +91 975 557 1997.
KhelForge is the public brand operated by KhelForge Sportswear Private Limited. The public business location is Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Public support and privacy requests may be sent to info@khelforge.site or through WhatsApp at the contact link shown on this site.
The website provides business information and prepares optional enquiry text. It does not contain a checkout, customer account, server-submitted contact form or player-roster upload. Effective version: 30 September 2026.
02 / Information used and collection points
The composer requires product, requested quantity, delivery city and state to prepare a useful message. PIN, desired date, team name, design preferences and size-list readiness are optional.
Entries are held in the current page’s memory. The application does not save the draft in local storage, send it to a KhelForge form server or create a customer record. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the draft. Copying places the text on the device clipboard.
The form does not require a personal phone number or email address. Do not enter full player rosters, children’s individual information, identity documents, payment-card/bank details, health information or a full home address at this first stage.
If you later send a WhatsApp message, the business receives what you send and the account information WhatsApp makes available in that conversation. An eventual order may require additional fulfilment or invoice details; those are not collected by this composer.
03 / Purposes and communication choices
The browser uses your entries to assemble an editable teamwear-enquiry message. You choose whether to clear it, copy it, open WhatsApp or send it there. There is no marketing-consent requirement or automatic promotional subscription in the form.
KhelForge uses received messages to understand the requirement, answer questions, prepare quotations, administer approved orders and resolve related issues. Only information reasonably needed for those purposes should be requested.
An enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional messages. Any future marketing workflow should have an appropriate, separate choice and an effective way to stop those messages. The present website does not implement such a workflow.
04 / WhatsApp, providers and information sharing
Selecting Open WhatsApp passes the prepared text through a click-to-chat link to WhatsApp, a separate service. Review the message and press Send there if you want to contact the business. This website cannot confirm whether the app opened successfully, a message was sent or the business received it.
WhatsApp handles information under its own practices and terms. Read WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Do not assume its storage or processing happens only in India.
KhelForge limits access to authorised people handling the enquiry or order and to share only necessary information with relevant providers, such as an agreed delivery or payment provider when an order requires it. Actual providers and any additional disclosures must be confirmed for the operational business.
No sale of enquiry data, unrelated lead forwarding or third-party marketing integration is implemented by this frontend.
05 / Retention, safeguards, requests and children
The local composer does not persist quote entries. A copied message remains subject to the device’s clipboard behaviour; a sent WhatsApp conversation exists outside this page.
KhelForge keeps received enquiry/order records only while needed for the stated business purpose, a required legal retention period or a genuine dispute/recordkeeping need. Privacy requests may be made through WhatsApp; no made-up fixed period is presented as existing practice.
Contact KhelForge to ask about your information, seek a correction or request deletion or other applicable assistance. The business may need proportionate verification and must consider applicable legal obligations. A deletion request does not automatically override a lawful retention requirement.
Use access controls and reasonable safeguards; no absolute security guarantee is made. The first-contact form is intended for team organisers, not for collecting children’s player records. Share later roster or personalisation information only where necessary and authorised.
06 / Technical services, cookies and updates
The frontend does not add Google Ads pixels, GA4 or a business remarketing integration. Its template UI-event collector has been disabled so enquiry input values are not captured through that collector. Testing did not observe the test quote being transmitted before a voluntary hand-off.
Fonts load from Google Fonts. The production website is a static Vercel-hosted frontend. Vercel and connected technical providers may process normal hosting requests, IP addresses, browser details and logs under their own terms. No GA4, Google Ads tag, conversion-tracking script, remarketing pixel, non-essential cookie or server-side enquiry form is installed in this release.
If analytics, a stored enquiry form, uploads, payments, Google Ads conversion tracking or another integration is added, assess its data flow and update this policy before use. A cookie banner alone is not a complete privacy solution.
An approved policy should show its effective version and a clear contact route. Material changes should not be concealed inside a generic statement that the policy may change at any time.
