A clear brief.
No guesswork at approval.
An enquiry starts a conversation. It is not a payment, booking or confirmed production order. Use the steps below to separate what you request from what the business has agreed to supply.
Send the essentials first.
You do not need a finished design or a complete player roster to begin. The purpose of the first message is to establish product fit, quantity, destination and timing—not to approve manufacturing.
- State the product and list the garment pieces you want included.
- Give the requested quantity and delivery city/state; add PIN when known.
- Describe your team colours, design preferences and any proposed personalisation.
- State whether a size list is ready and your requested date, without treating it as a guarantee.
The business can then discuss specifications and the applicable minimum quantity. Before proceeding, obtain a written quotation that identifies the garments, material, sizes, design, price, taxes/fees, shipment charges, payment requirements and quote validity.
Check what happens if a requirement cannot be accepted or needs to change. Do not rely on an illustration, a general guide or an unanswered message as agreement.
The optional composer prepares text locally. You still open WhatsApp and press Send.
Confirm the details. Keep the record.
Nominate one authorised coordinator. Use the written quotation, identified artwork version and approved size quantities together so that different messages do not create conflicting instructions.

Before manufacturing begins
Confirm what constitutes acceptance and what payment, if any, is required at that stage. No deposit percentage, revision allowance or production deadline is assumed on this website. Settle these details before authorising work or paying.
Read the enquiry and approval termsAfter you approve
Ask before changing quantities, sizes or artwork: work already undertaken may affect what is possible. Keep production estimates separate from transit estimates, and confirm the delivery arrangements for the actual destination.

What should I prepare before requesting a quotation?
Does sending a WhatsApp enquiry confirm an order?
What must we approve before production starts?
Can we change or cancel an order after approval?
Take the right next step.
For a new requirement, prepare a team quote. For an existing quotation or order, keep the conversation together and include the reference if you have one. Explain the question without sharing unnecessary payment or personal details.
